The Voyageur Apartments

Recently Moved in a couple months ago, Arnie the Property Manager is the most Friendly, Helpfull, Efficient and most AMAZING Manager I have ever met! He truly cares about people, and goes the extra mile in providing the most Amazing service ever!!

Pros
- Management is responsive to any issues
- good location to mud lake, Britannia, outdoor activities
- 3 elevators so you never have to wait long
- Large apartments with a good layout

Cons
- Tiny kitchen compared to the size of the apartment
- Shared wall is THIN and you will hear your neighbour doing everyday things
- Lots of dogs in the building so you hear a lot of barking, etc.

I have lived here for 2 years and the building is managed professionally and it shows. From my experience the tenants are friendly and respectful of each other.

I have lived here 2 years. Management has had 3 employees here so far, first 1 was promoted, the second one didn't last long, and our current girl (Rebecca) is quite helpful.

Weird policy with transfer moving (moving within the building) where you get charged an overlap month and you don't get both units for very long :(, but otherwise a good experience.

Management is good about attending to our needs and the security and response time to complaints is quite reasonable.

Great location at a reasonable price and a responsible property manager. Would recommend.
