“I had my bathroom widespread taps and faucet replaced by John the Plumber. I was extremely satisfied with all components of the process. Here is some feedback on the process: -Phone representatives were fast, friendly and gave all the information needed to initiate the task -The plumbers were very friendly and had an excellent grasp of what was required and exactly how much it would cost to provide the service. -Prices were competitive with other plumbers in the area. -The job was done efficiently and quietly without any delay in performing the installation. -The plumbers came up with some creative solutions to the installation of the taps to make the wash area look fantastic. -Upon completion of the installation, the bathroom was very clean and all debris was removed. A special thanks to Geoff for his expert advice and friendly disposition. He is a “chip off the old block”, am I right Brian. In summary, I couldn't ask for a better customer care and service from what I received from John the Plumber.”

“Living at 1285 since more than a yr now and have never regretted my decision. Beautiful view from my patio with great management. One call to the building manager and your problem is solved. People are friendly, so are the pets. there’s no smell in the corridors unlike other buildings and there’s air conditioning in the summers The only drawback is their twirl pool. It’s not fixed since many yrs apparently. Update (in Aug 2022) Moved in a two bedroom here. Spacious and renovated. Complained about stinking neighbours and the management responded quickly and took the necessary actions Whirl pool still not fixed”

He answers all of my questions thoroughly and promptly and even prepped the unit for my early arrival so that I could get settled in The lobby is bright, clean and secure; the building is quiet; my unit was newly renovated along with a new balcony and I love it! There are new washers and dryers and we also have underground parking. You can't beat the area. It is a 2 minute walk to the river and 4 minute drive to downtown Westboro.
