The service department were fantastic with several major repairs of my F150 and my daughters compact Chevy. They went above and beyond on many occasions. I have now moved to Ottawa but, depending on how things go here, I'm seriously considering making the drive back for service. They're worth it!

(January 6, 2019, 9:49 pm)Always an enjoyable experience dealing with urban ford. The service team is excellent, courteous and honest. Never feel over charged or “jipped”. Sales team is excellent go out of their way to be as helpful as possible, exploring all my options and needs. Will be an ongoing client there and will refer family and friends there in the future.
