For the garage door opener installation, although the technicians seem to be professional and finished their job efficiently and in a short time... I was totally disappointed by the fact that they could not help with setting up nyQ app to open/close the garage door although this is a common feature in a Chamberlain opener which the conpany already approves to install it. This also happened the same day at our friends on the same street... and we had to struggle ourselves for 1 day to make this feature work as it was not clearly explained in the manual and troubleshooting was not easy, but we were able to made it ourselves and found that the procedure is very simple.

From my understanding and at least for customer satisfaction, all features of a unit that you approve and agree to install should be setup properly and tested... we were simply told by the technicians, that they cannot setup myQ app which is really frustrating...
