  Frozen septic line. Was not able to fix the problem. Suspect he used wrong technique or equipment because "brand new" hose blew up during procedure. Next day called another company, they had the right equipment and fixed the problem right away. May be fine for routine plumbing jobs, but does not have knowledge or experience to deal with more serious plumbing issues.
  
  Update: Mr. Diguer contacted me (one month later) to apologize for what happened and offered to refund part of the bill (better late than never).

  Digger Plumbing arrived on a same day emergency call for us on a Friday evening while we were on vacation, had all our septic pump issues fixed. Would certainly recommend Paul & his team for his trust , hard work & dedication to his service.

  Paul not only is a stellar plumber, but his shear good looks sure make it nice to have him around ! He did an absolutely incredible job with my bathroom renovation and will have him tackle any future plumbing needs . Will definitely be recommending ????

  Paul may be a young man but has the experience of a 30 year vet, he has been in the industry for a while and leaves every job as if he was doing it at his own house. Very professional and kind would definitely recommend!
