(January 16, 2019, 2:59 am)Wood fire over pizza joint.... And the pizzas are tasty and better than others around -for sure! Atmosphere was good and the tunes fantastic (great background jams!) When I was there, the server was working alone and busy but she was cheerful, helpful and fun. A couple of minor misses on our orders but overall a good experience. Prices are neither amazing or outrageous.
(December 27, 2018, 12:23 am)Pizza was pretty good. Service was good. The place itself is nice and cozy. Nothing stood out to me that would make this place a must try. I have nothing negative to say about it. Just a good experience.
(December 22, 2018, 4:43 pm)Anthony's is a great place to eat neapolitan pizza whenever you're in Ottawa. They have a wide selection of traditional pies, all at a good price, and the ambiance is very romantic. They have to locations also which is nice! I went with some friends to have drinks and desserts, and then another with my boyfriend to have dinner. Both times were good!
(December 22, 2018, 1:12 am)Pizza was pretty good. Did one white and one red pie. Good crust, very obviously wood fired. The white pie was a little bland... Needed a bit of salt from parm to make it come alive. The red was good, the sauce is not sweet. It's almost a rose. Next time I'll ask for light sauce though, I prefer less than what is considered normal.
