(July 16, 2020, 11:28 pm)Nice hotel just moments away from downtown . During this covid issue, masks are required. Rooms are a nice size, room service is available from the onsite resturant. Free parking, out door pool. Free wi fi . Staff are very helpfull . Great place if you have kids. But dont be concerned, you will get a nice sleep on very comfortable beds.
(July 12, 2020, 8:03 pm)I had a brief staycation at the BW Ottawa Staff are very responsive and helpful. Air conditioning worked beautifully as did chomecast. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and fresh. Decor was good but a new colour on the walls (more modern) would be nice.
(May 25, 2020, 9:18 pm)Always a lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. All staff are helpful, efficient, and friendly, making you feel welcome right away. The restaurant is excellent as well, a real bonus!
