Meal Prep Ottawa

It's my first order and I just finished my first meal... the Greek ground beef stuffed peppers and it's ok. The ingredients are fresh but not a lot of seasoning and not even cheese on the pepper. It's keto but closer to the Whole 30 vibe, a bit blend for my tastes. Hopefully the rest is better as I ordered 12 meals but they all look similar in type.

I tried many meal delivery services and this one is the tastiest and quickest by far. Highly recommended!!!!!

The gentleman that works there is very knowledgeable and hospitable. I have been looking for a place like this in Ottawa for a long time and I am glad I finally found one. Big Thanks to Meal prep Ottawa for the meals and I am def coming back for more. They also do long term plans with online ordering.

I'm keto... the food was so fresh and delicious. .. just like I would make, if I didn't have a full time job. I will be using them to supplement my own cooking. .. my life just got easier. The price was reasonable too. Thanks!

Very good food, and very affordable. You can get a whole meal for about $5-$7, or a sandwich for $3. I will definitely be going again.
