When the sell was secure They help us to get a house for us, They work with us showing different properties, as a no surprise our budget was tight but They get a nice home for us with the opportunity to expand # of bedrooms to accommodate the future family needs.They do a lot of work behind the scenes and I'm sure you will be very please with their work. OMG.... Patricia and Peter are the dynamic duo! Not only did they sell my condo, but Patricia used her awesome design skills to offer great advice on styling, staging and they found ways to inexpensively renovate and improve the condo's overall aesthetics and appearance. With their help we were able to substantially increase the selling price of the condo. They were very supportive also, helping to meet with contractors, when I was unavailable. I would definitely use Patricia and Peter for my next real estate investment anywhere in the Ottawa area. I recently was recommended Patricia and Peter Clarke for the sale of my condo. They were extremely professional and also added a personal touch. My sale was a little different as I had renter's in my condo. Patricia and Peter ensured to have them evolved and respected their timeframes also. The condo was sold very quicky.
