Dr. Nahas began successfully treating me, Diana, 58 years old, with his staff at the Seekers Centre in Ottawa in 2011, re issues of depression, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, chronic fatigue, severe knee joint/muscle pain, among other ailments. These had plagued me for years. My body had rejected many of the traditional medications, which had produced severe side effects and I sought more naturopathic ways of healing. Curiously, however, the naturopathic help from Dr. Nahas also had totally unexpected benefits: my myopic eyesight corrected itself and I have had 20/20 vision for the past 7 years. Another crazy benefit was that my gum pockets over time became half the size they had been 7 years ago and a decade before that, to my dentist’s astonishment. At that time, I was unaware of even more serious medical issues I would have from years of stress and poor health habits. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, Dr. Nahas supported traditional oncological treatment by Letrozole, with naturopathic supplements that significantly reduced side effects. My left breast tumor has now shrunk over time from 6 cm. to two tiny sludge-like bodies totally in necrosis as of last year; this is pretty unique and I am lucky.
Dr. Nahas was then and faithfully remains today a deeply caring doctor and my hero. I am amazed at the health improvements I have experienced over the decade. Without exception, he has always been respectful of me, a true gentleman, and deeply worried about
successfully resolving my issues, which, one by one were brought to manageable levels.
As always, Dr. Nahas would conduct a thorough integrative and complementary analysis and assessment of my issues as they arose. He combines cutting-edge individualized and scientifically-based complementary and nutraceutical treatments with traditional approaches. He treats the whole person, in addition to just treating observable or reported symptoms.
He always takes the time to listen carefully to my issues, never treating me like a number, and meticulously manages my health concerns. As I was a curious patient, he has always encouraged me to check information on the internet about diagnoses and treatments. I did, always, and always, he was right in what he prescribed.
Dr. Nahas has an excellent back-up team, starting with his intelligent, competent and beautiful wife, Dr. Shadi Nahas, PHD, Director of Operations. Then there are the exceptional clinical associates (e.g. Haider), nurses (e.g.Yudith and Zannat) and administrative staff (e.g. Farah and Sam), etc., making this clinic unique.

I am very impressed with the staff, doctor and suggested treatment plan. They have treated me with respect and addressed all my concerns. I will recommend this clinic for patients with complex chronic diseases.

Amazing clinic. I went there for Neurofeedback, and the results were life-changing! I wish I done this years ago. Dr. Nahas was very honest about setting reasonable expectations, but ultimately it was great. Their technician, Katie, was super knowledgeable and supportive. As an engineer, I use my brain constantly and need to be mentally sharp -- more people need to know about neurofeedback.
