Watersedge Dental Laboratory

I recently had porcelain veneers made by Watersedge Dental Lab in Ottawa. I have to say I was nervous about having veneers made, especially because they were for my two front teeth. I was concerned they would look like fake teeth and really stand out in my mouth. My fears should have been alleviated by the attention to detail and professionalism I received from Watersedge, right from the moment I entered the office. and received a warm greeting... to the time and effort Fatima and Lorna took to match my tooth colour But it wasn't until the veneers were in my mouth that I fully understood what an amazing and professional team Watersedge it. This has got to be the friendliest dental establishment I've ever seen. Awesome customer service and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. You guys are amazing!

I have worked with Rob and his staff since they opened Watersedge (actually since before).
Their work is excellent-they do whatever is needed to help and make everything work well.
In dentistry, not everything works as you'd like, it's just too complex between all the patient specific variables. -The measure of a great lab isn't always the initial product, it's how they react when issues arise after the fact (or even during with complex cases). I have never in 27 years of practice dealt with a lab that stands behind their work UNCONDITIONALY for as long as they do.

What a great team at Watersedge Dental Laboratory! Everyone was kind and helpful, right from the get go I felt that I was in good hands. When it turned out that the shade for my crown was not the one they expected, they didn't hesitate and started over! A big thank you to Lorna, Fatima, Shawn and Robert for their professionalism and for helping make me smile again! You rock!

Great people and craftsmanship. I went for a lab tour after they colour matched my tooth. They showed me how my crown will be made and I got to see all the work that goes into it and answered all my questions. I still felt a bit leery about a foreign object going into my mouth. I came back a week later when my crown was done to check the finished product and my perspective completely changed. This was a work of art!
These people have the tech are dedicated to their craft. They treat you well and provide an excellent product.
