They have a great set of COVID-19 protocols except they don't follow them, including not all staff not wearing a mask. Practitioners are amazing though.

I was unlucky enough to develop shingles recently which if you don't know is incredibly painful and can last for weeks. I'd been suffering for quite some time with little relief from medication. The amazing team at Back in Balance recommended cold laser therapy which resulted in an almost immediate reduction in nerve pain. They are an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable team and I'm so thankful for the help.

Dr Kelly Norman is a born healer. I have multi level disc bulges and see her at least once a week for an adjustment. Before I found Dr Norman I was in constant and severe chronic pain for over 5 years at the age of 29. I had tried over 10 different practitioners and modalities with no relief. My pain was affecting not only my physical health, but my mental state.
