Second time dealing with Shane and his time in years. First to buy and second time around to sell. Both times I was greeted with enthousiasme, ease of process and very little work for me involved while benefiting from outcome. I like that Shane is local to the West end and has built a great network over the years that helps connect him to potential buyers quicker and in turn making the sell of a house very smooth. Shane is not only a fantastic realtor, but a fantastic member of the community as well. He really works tireless for you, finding you exactly what fits you and your family’s needs. On his “days off” he is constantly hosting the community. Festivals in the park, hot chocolate and sleigh rides, charity events, fund raising .... He’s a great guy and I highly recommend him.
