Bought an inflatable stand up paddle board a few years ago and had some issues with the board recently. The team at the paddle shack was able to process my warranty claim with the manufacturer and I got a replacement board at no charge. Very happy with the product and the service is outstanding. -

I met the owner once while I was loading a third canoe I purchased from them and chatted with him for a while about our favourite spots in Algonquin. He’s a great guy! Fascinating dude. Can’t say enough...
