I have lived in a building on Cartier Street managed by Saickley Properties for roughly three years and I have never been disappointed. The moment I needed them, the Super, the office, or a contractor, fixed it well within the guidelines. I have had bad landlords in the past, so I am so glad that I had the office and Supers (a nice couple) that actually help and don't make you fight for it. I would have no reservations about renting another unit that they manage! Thank you!!

The rental office was very accommodating of my needs throughout the process of renting this unit. They were able to provide me a virtual showing because I was out of town before moving in. They were happy to shift around my parking spot at my request. And they made the process of moving out very simple. The superintendent is also very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

Had a really positive experience renting for two years as an undergraduate student at Carleton U. Very responsive management and great location. Would recommend.
