  I am a competitive weightlifter and Shayne has been my long term practitioner. I can see him about any type of pain or discomfort and he always knows what to do. He uses many different approaches ranging from active release to acupuncture to more traditional adjustments.

  Coming from a long history of pain, Dr. Shayne Young is the only professional I’ve worked with that has given me a full understanding of movement patterns and how to correct them. After working with him, I simply wouldn’t work with anyone else. Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Problems I have dealt with for years are finally sorting themselves out with his help. Finally getting back to pain free movement thanks to Shayne :)

  Before coming to Shayne, I tried multiple different professionals to help me overcome my concussion symptoms. Not only did Shayne diagnose the issue differently to the others, he was able to solve it quickly, allowing me to resume a good daily life. I've been seeing him for 3 years now and he's solved all of my issues from pulled muscles to injured joints. Great guy, great results.

  I have been seeing Dr. Shayne Young for almost 6 months now and it has changed my life. Shayne has helped me recover from a herniated disc (low back) and I am now stronger than ever. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, on time, always trying to find ways to fix the issues. He has also treated me for all kinds of other aches and pain (neck, pecs, quads, etc.) and his treatments are very effective. I highly recommend him.
