“The lady isn’t polite, no greeting and not even a smile. The place is very quiet, no music and not much of an atmosphere. The drinks are incredibly sweet, pearls are soaked in brown sugar making them really sweet, and it’s quite pricey. The milk teas overall are pretty tasty when reducing the sugar levels though. Would recommend other bubble tea spots such as Coco fresh not too far from this place, or none franchise places such as bublicity, honey boba, and hangout just down the street or Somerset.”

“Best Bubble tea place I've been to in Ottawa. Like most good bubble tea shops, expect to wait a few min. if you decide to come during busy hours (usually in the evenings after 4 and weekends) Good staff coverage and super friendly. Good flavor selection and topping choices overall, from their milk tea's to their slush drinks. Some drinks are even offered hot if that's what your into. Pay parking as with every other place in this area unless you visit during weekends and you will probably have to walk a bit to find a parking spot. Highly recommended and would come back to try something different!”

“Pretty cool bar/cafe with coffee inspired cocktails. -regular drinks are good too, we had a whisky sour. The staff was hard working prepping for the next day, but remained attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly. BBQ chicken sandwiches we’re being made fresh so we had to have one, it was nostalgic and delicious. Ambiance was good too, the decor is pretty cool.”
