The decision to sell our first home was a big one, and one that my husband and I changed our minds about a lot. Greg was patient through it all, and this summer we did it! We upsized to a bigger home and we were so thrilled to have Greg with us. He helped us get the house we LOVED, and ours sold in four days. He told us what needed to be upgraded and what we could get away with. I felt like he was very open with us, which isn't always a vibe you get when working with someone who gets paid commission. Besides, he posts rap videos online about real estate, and really, isn't that reason enough?

Greg was very fast and efficient at housing and de-housing us. Sound advice, minimal hassles, no drama. He's worth every penny.
