(December 12, 2018, 1:15 am)I am a regular Mastermind customer and usually shop at your Kanata location. I found myself at your Orléans location this afternoon and was pleasently surprised when a Christmas spiritted young woman welcomed me at the door and helped me find everything I was looking for. My experience however was tarnished when I went to check out and the cashiers were so involved in their own conversations that they did not acknowledge that I was ready to pay. I found this extremely disrespectful and contemplated leaving my items behind. This should be addressed. I will NOT be returning to this location.
