Just had a quick router swap in store. Staff did a great job managing customers and distancing. I am not quick with praise for Rogers most of the time but it was an excellent example of how to be safety conscience in a retail environment. Thanks!

I recently upgraded my IPhone and want to say how amazing the sales rep Faraz is. Super nice guy who explained everything and when I left the store my phone was up and running the same as when I walked in. Faraz is the best!

I just upgraded my cell phone and dealt with Chris. He is calm knowledgeable, professional and is well informed about all the products Rogers has and this includes everyone at that store. After sales can't get any better than that. Chris his no nonsense approach made the difference. I was treated like a customer and NOT LIKE A NUMBER. Again to the whole staff THANK YOU for all that you do. GREAT LOCATION AND KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB. I will return.
