We were treated very well by Max and Marcel. Both of them still check in with us to see how we are doing and provide advice when needed, which is greatly appreciated. Most importantly, we bought the house we wanted in the neighbourhood we were set on. What more could you want?
Had a phenominal experience with Team Grondin, specifically Max! I was moving from Toronto to Ottawa with a very limited time window to find a place I could call home. I explained my situation to Max and he accomodated to my needs and very limited time to help me find a home. My wife and I were looking for a rental in Barrhaven. Max spent hours with us looking at different properties and finding rentals as well. Ultimately we decided to buy and Max was great. He was very patient with us and made sure we always felt comfortable. He learned what we wanted and he ended up finding our house while we were away in British Colombia. We knew houses were selling very quickly so Max went to the house and facetimed us. We had complete confidence in him knowing what we wanted. We bought the house without seeing it in person but it ended up being exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Max to anyone I know. Very professional and kind.
