(January 5, 2020, 12:37 am)Had a decent experience. Looked around at the clearance, and main stock (it wasn't entirely clear where men's vs. women's footwear was). While I didn't find much in my size (I'm a size 13), I did eventually come across something I liked. I didn't see any staff besides at the cash. When served by the manager at the cash, there was very little interaction, it was awkward - not bad, just awkward. I like shopping independently, so I'll check them out again in the future, but the customer service leaves a little to be desired.

(April 11, 2016, 2:47 pm)Always good deals on a wide array of shoes, especially the clearance rack. Generous return policy; they took back a pair of expensive boots that fell apart after only a few weeks of use, no questions asked.
