(January 9, 2020, 7:08 pm)We got great service when we went for my husband's glasses. We got a two for 1 deal and were able to use PC points to pay so didn't pay anything for two pairs. About a month after getting the glasses one of the arms got broken. We went in, they had the frames in stock and replaced them under warranty in less than 20min.
(May 19, 2019, 3:07 pm)Great service from T&P but I am less than impressed by whoever supplies their lenses. I brought my own frames to have new lenses put in. What should have taken 3-5 days, took almost two weeks. First the lenses came without the coating (anti-glare/scratch resistant) on them, so they had to be ordered again. When I went to pick them up (got a call over a week after the re-order), the left lens must have had a flaw in it, because even though the prescription was correct, the lens caused blurred vision. Luckily, T&P had a lens there and it was swiftly cut and put into the frame while I shopped for groceries.
