Repair guy thoroughly explained what was needed and completed the fix quickly with good workmanship. Appreciated the 2 hour window schedule (shorter than other companies I've dealt with) and call ahead to confirm exact time of arrival. Highly recommend!
(February 14, 2019, 9:02 pm)Peter was very knowledgeable, helpful, and ready to answer any questions I had. His team installed a jackshaft since our garage has low clearance, also fixed up our cable that slid off due to ice buildup at the bottom.
(February 9, 2019, 1:38 am)I am redoing a rustic barn renovation and it was important that everything be built properly to maintain the look and structure of the building. This company's communication was excellent, very prompt, they were here when they said they would be, they came on several occasion to insure the plans were still on track with the projects. The garage door that was installed was to replaced a very old, broken, rotten doorway. They worked with the contractors to insure everyone had the proper measurements. Very happy with the end product and process, and i'm glad i picked them for my garage door during my projects.
