At first the cost put us off but when we looked at the warranty and their industry certifications we were sold. The professionalism of the team during installation in the fall of 2017 was fantastic and we could not be more pleased with the roof. Even better than the sales and installation has been the post installation support. We are very pleased to have chosen them and so grateful for their commitment to customer service.
(September 22, 2018, 7:25 pm)Great, friendly and professional service from start to finish! We had our roof done with Firon over a month ago in Greely. Firon provided me with a reasonable quote, everything was well explained and my questions answered, all without any pressure tactics. I've reached out to several people in the company a few times and have never had problems reaching them or getting the information I needed. The job was done exactly as promised, surprisingly in less than 2 days (right before the rainfall which had me a bit worried if the job was not done on time, but it was), with the roof/vents looking exactly as expected. The follow up inspection visit was very good as well, with a few items of interest to me checked out and an additional nail sweep with a magnet performed. Since then we had a few heavy rainfalls and just recently a very windy day with a tornado in Ottawa area. No issues with the roof at all. Very satisfied dealing with this company, top notch!

(March 27, 2018, 1:26 pm)Owner visited to help diagnose where problem might be. Very helpful. Team who carried it work were efficient, tidy,, and informative at the end of the work. Offered to provide images of work without being asked. Very happy, will use again for any future roof work.
