The owner overheard me asking how heavy the scratching post was and offered to deliver it to my house since I came on foot and live nearby. Unexpected and very kind!

(June 19, 2018, 1:09 pm)A friendly and knowledgeable staff that always has a lot of great advice for pet owners. I walked in with a litter problem and the staff member gave me fantastic information about all of the litter that they carried as well as personal anecdotes and stories about each one. They also have a few rewards programs where frequent food/litter purchases add up to a free bag. Fantastic store!!
