(March 14, 2018, 5:59 pm)I have used Acceptable Storage over the course of the past 13 years and never have had a problem with them. I am so happy that never had I had to worry about mice or bugs getting into my belongings. I have used both inside and outside storage. I always had access to my unit no matter the depth of the snow. If anyone has a problem with this company, they should take a responsible look at what they might be doing wrong and how to fix it. I have seen people use cheap locks and one time leave stuff in the hallway in front of their locker. That is not being responsible. You should not be blaming others for your mistakes.
