When I called Access Storage, I was 2 weeks before moving a complete house and quite stressed to have just found out from another storage company in Orleans that they couldn’t fnd the request I made for a unit, 5 wks prior, therefore, left with no place to store my belongings.
When I called AS, I was fortunate to have fallen on a kind, pleasant, and customer-service oriented guy who served me with class and wanted the best for me. I got a unit, all my questions were fully answered and all my concerns and anxiousness were relieved. Thanks a million Zen! You sure wear your name well :) Namaste

The units are fine, the staff was very friendly and informative, and then 10x5' unit I have rented is affordable; especially after receiving a deal on the first month being Free.

We had 85% of our home belongings in storage in a 10x30 unit, as we were waiting for our home to be built. the size they suggested was perfect. Controlled entry., and always ready to answer questions, needed copies our our receipts no problems. Really smooth process and no problems with the unit also got 1 month free.

Had to store the contents of my apartment for a year. This was a great option for a lower price (we shopped around). We had no incidences over the year, there was no damage to our property, and we were even updated about the flooding that was happening in Orleans and that our unit would not be affected (we were living out of Ottawa). There were no issues closing our unit or collecting the contents. All in all it was a good experience.
