After calling the 1-800 number and dealing with confusion regarding my claim, I then contacted the Orleans office and the situation was handled brilliantly.

Had nothing but good experiences so far with All State....they sent me a cheque recently as I guess they realize I won't be driving as much do to Covid...called in to add Home Insurance and now I'm paying for both Home & Auto but it's a great price....Anna was a great help and provided fantastic customer service.
