Upgraded after buying my original car from them 8 years ago. Great service provided by Ernst and Ralph. And they got me a great deal, so much so it made it worth it for me to come back to Ottawa from the GTA to pick up my car.

The head mechanic there is an amazing technician, fast, honest and a great person all around!

As long as Behros Qazi is in this place I will always be using it for my vehicle regardless if they are Kias or any other brands.

I've had good service from them for a number of years. It can be quite expensive but you go for the service. They lost their shuttle bus service. It wasn't a huge loss because the shuttle was getting worse. It was good at first then they only provided drives to work but not back. Now they provide an Uber service. Service can take a while as well. You may have to contact them to find out what's going on a lot.
