My wife and I have scoured the housing market in Ottawa with the axiom of location, location, location, in mind. We have searched both buying brand new and the more traditional type of houses. In a hot market, we decided to go with new( Orleans Village). Caivan offers the best value for money with both location (Orleans Village is 16km to downtown core) and the house you get for the money. I love the open designs, HUGE windows, and finished basements which seem to be standard. The sales people, Jen, Dan and Sunny are top notch. They always follow up and our prompt to return emails or calls. This is my fourth house I have purchased (second buying brand new) and this is by far my best experience!! If you want the best value in the city, look no further.

Prices are right but the lots are very small.
Visited sale office which is also a model home in a new subdivision off Innes rd. Building new houses including town homes over the next few years. Various lot sizes and houses available starting in the high 300s.
