"My wife and I went last Friday and did not know what to expect. We were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They definitely put on a great show and are good at selling the product. There was lots of food and wine and time to enjoy the meal. After the meal, prices were shown and everyone was given the opportunity to buy with no pressure. They were happy to answer questions and were not offended if you did not purchase. "

Great little store in Ottawa, and regardless of how much I love my pots, I can’t say enough about the friendly staff. It was the busy Christmas season, but they took the time to help me decide which set I wanted without any type of high pressure sales. The pots are amazing quality, I love using them. When I save enough to buy another set, I’ll be excited to go back there. A great experience all around. Oh, and I love the recipes they gave me! Dinner was amazing, make sure to come hungry.

This was a great experience, me and my girlfriend did not know what to expect when we signed up. When we got there, we were greeted by 2 chefs and shown to our table. The appetizers were excellent and the main dish was superb. The atmosphere was great as there was over 12 people attending, and we had a chance to interact with the chefs while cooking. They do talk about their kitchen accessories and products, however it was only a 15 minute pitch and did not detract from the overall experience, there wasn’t any pressure to buy anything, however they did have quality products. Overall it was a great night and I highly recommend it.
