Correct Door Service showed up almost immediately after I reported a problem with my garage door, when another company I called couldn’t fix it for a couple of days. Excellent service and I will definitely use them again.
Our old garage door opener bit the dust after 25 years of faithful service. There was a Correct Door Service sticker on the old one, so we gave them a call. The next day Tony came to check it out, and we booked him the week after for a replacement.
The price was very reasonable ($425 +HST installed). The job took less than two hours and when it was done Tony took his time to walk me through all the features.
We're very satisfied with the service and sale. We recommend Correct Door Service and would use them again.
Had a new garage door installed. Tried several places but could not get a call back. These guys were there the next day. Very happy with the door but more impressed the service. My old garage door opener was losing signal to the newly installed keypad and they came out and fixed it right away. Excellent service from the installers to the office staff. Everyone was friendly, efficient, professional and appreciative of my business with them. Kieth and Marcel who did the installation were very knowledgeable in their work and took the time to explain everything as they were working and answered all my questions (which was a lot)...Super friendly and didn't rush the job. The attention to detail was refreshing. They showed me all the features of the opener, the remotes and the wireless keypad. They were more concerned with a quality installation and customer satisfaction than rushing off to another job. My garage was cleaner after their cleanup than it was before they started (yeah, that was at dad embarrassing).
I highly recommend Correct Door Services for all your garage door needs. You won't be disappointed! One last point, I am fussy and have high expectations for any services I contract... Correct Door met and exceeded those. Thank you :)
