Dairy Queen

This is my first Google review. I never felt the need to leave a review, but the outstanding customer service, reliability and consistent service prompted me to do this review. To start; the store is always generally clean, the employee attitudes uplifting and the true dq game change at this location is the fresh food to every order.

Lastly , this locations cake order reliability is fantastic. I always challenge them with different images for my children and they always nail it! This year my son wanted a drawing of Ottawa's new LRT.

Good hard work should not go unnoticed, keep it up !

This Dairy Queen resturaunt easily has the most friendly and attentive staff anywhere in the city. They make a great burger and their ice cream treats are crafted with care. We will be paying them another visit soon.

This is my regular Dairy Queen, I have been going to this location for over 16 years. It is, and has always been clean, above average service and ample seating.

This part is not location specific.

The blizzards are a little overpriced. Ice cream doesn’t cost that much especially when you can get a large, 20 ounce, frosty(at Wendy’s, 3+ times bigger than the mini blizzard) for under 3$ compared to 4$ for the mini (6 ounce) blizzard.

This part is for this location specifically.

I was offered a free mini blizzard(on the app) for getting their app and the app was not letting me redeem it. I showed it to the people working there and they said there was nothing that could be done.

I was very frustrated as most places would just give it to you because it’s the company’s fault for their app not working properly.

Later the super nice cashier (Enzo) saw that I was not happy and gave me a dipped cone out of his paycheck to make sure I left with a smile.

I visit this location every other day! very high professional staff and management! Always clean Always freshly made food! Staff is amazing and friendly. I recommend this dairy queen to anyone who wants some good ice cream at a clean store!
