these guys are fast and efficient, friendly and personable, and by far the best at what they do. I've been ripped off by other companies before (Metro) and had extra charges that didnt make sense, and had my car damaged by them too, but express was careful with my property as if it were their own, they treated me with respect, and they priced fairly! Do not give your money to another Tow company to receive mediocre or poor service. Trust Express to treat you right!

Just had service done by Express Towing which was very well done. They came as soon as we called and provided us with extra care & service from what was expected, well priced as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Had never been in an accident before. Express towing came and helped me with the entire process from start to finish. Excellent customer service and rates. They showed up quickly despite the fact I was far out in the country. Everything was handles professionally and with exceptional speed. Very impressed and will definitely be using them again in the future!!

WOW, I'm not really sure I can find the words to adequately express how Al's help saved me in a time of need and costly expense. I want the public to learn about this company and it's ownership because what I called them for was simply a tow for my junked car, from the dealer to my home, until I could figure out what to do with it and was distraught about the whole situation. What I received was help from a beautiful and caring young man who said, "Let me help you..." and, he did! He asked for my story, presented a solution almost instantly and made it happen at a price that was actually reasonable! And, he would not let me leave his shop until he was sure I felt okay again...he had already been paid in full btw!!! His last sign off was, "Thank you from your local tow guy that genuinely cares." WELL, TAKE IT FROM ME - THESE GUYS DO!!!! Businesses with commercial vehicles and people with personal cars should call Al NOW!
