I think this gym is really great and all the machines are easy to use with clear directions on them that show you how to use them if you don't know, which I find very helpful.
I can't give it 5 stars though because it's often overcrowded. One fit4less serves much too large of an area. More locations would be nice.

I have spent many years going to gyms and recently joined Fit 4 Less. Being new to the brand i explored a few Ottawa locations and although they are good, this location is best. It’s clean, and the staff are great. In particular Angela, she has been extremely helpful with answering my questions. It was an easy transition into a new environment, she is friendly and always smiling! Love that! She is most definitely the best brand ambassador i have met at the 3 locations i have visited thus far.
