(November 19, 2018, 3:13 pm)Great experience overall. I started out at another tire place, which dropped the ball on my order and then on my appointment. So, I decided to try Frisby because of the good reviews. I am really glad I did, I ended up getting the same tire and wheel package for about $500 less than the other place quoted, and the service was perfect. Appointment happened without a hitch, work was done quickly and very well. People were friendly and helpful without exception. You can tell when people are happy with their jobs and their co-workers (and when they aren't). Frisby seems to have done something right, because everyone seems to genuinely enjoy being there and doing their job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and I will be going back myself.
