I've bought three Hyundai's from their sister store at Bank St Hyundai and always have had a great experience, recently dealing a fair amount with Ernesto who has been great. This time decided to move up to a G70 3.3T and have to say I couldn't be happier. From the moment Ernesto introduced me to Don he has provided me with excellent service including regular calls to let me know the status of the car and to answer my question. He delivered the car to me Thursday night and even though it was Halloween he still took his time to make sure I fully understood and appreciated all aspects of the car. He even included a congratulatory gift. Yesterday received a call from Luke in their service department explaining in more depth how that will work as well, sounds promising. Would definitely recommend this Genesis West to anyone in the market for a new vehicle who doesn't want to deal with as many headaches.

Just been asked to test drive their g70 with 3.3L V6. First thing first, Don's the guy handing over the keys and gotta say he's more professional and dedicated than most of the dealer sales out there. I'm saying Mercedes sales doesn't even make you feel like home more than he does. On to the car, the blue colour looks gorgeous, the acceleration is no joke, definitely not a wise idea to floor it onto highway cause you'll be hitting 150 before you realize it. Comfortable shifting and smooth suspension, not whole lot noise coming from the outside of the car. Not a fan of the center console though. Also got a chance to sit in the G90, looks like a fake Royce (i mean the weird looking) but actually feels like an S class, but still plenty of improvements to go along the road.
