(February 10, 2019, 9:40 pm)Met Steve and Mohammad Moinuddin (my sales person) at the Hertz Car Sales during a snow storm. My wife chose a Toyota Rav4 AWD w/ differential lock which we purchased. On the way home (some 200 kms) suspicious white smoke emanated from the exhaust.
To allay any suspicion of mechanical defects, Mohammad scheduled an appointment at a Toyota Dealer to check out this problem. While the Rav4 was at the Dealer, I was provided with a loaner car for a period which straddled a weekend.... at no cost. When the Rav4 was given a clean bill of health, we returned the loaner and picked up our Rav4 which had been washed and re-fueled.
I am a senior citizen and have purchased a few vehicles over the years. I have never been given such polite and efficient service by any car dealer anywhere in Canada. The concerns I brought to them were given serious consideration and proper follow-up was ensured with a positive attitude.
I have already praised Hertz Car Sales to my friends and acquaintances and the next time I look for a vehicle, Hertz will definitely be my preferred stop.
Buying a car is too often a stressful exercise. However, with the quality of solid and honest service provided at Hertz, my experience was a very pleasant one and hassle free .

Mohammad was very helpful as we tried many cars .we never felt pressured to buy or make a choice we did not want. This was the second car I have bought from Hertz sales and have had great service and value on both. Thanks again Mohammad for the great service.
(September 15, 2018, 1:43 am)We recently bought at used 2017 Toyota Sienna from Hertz with the help Mohammad Moinuddin. We had a good experience. We did not feel rushed or pressured. Mohammad is a professional and polite salesperson. Despite a few minor irritants, Mohammad went above and beyond to make this a smooth purchasing process with quick follow ups to assure complete satisfaction. Thank you Mohammad for being attentive to our needs!
(August 2, 2018, 2:24 am)We recently purchased a 2016 Buick Enclave from Mohammed at Hertz. He was so professional, honest and helpful making sure that we got exactly the vehicle we wanted. He took time to answer our questions and he followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed after we bought the car. So far the car is everything we expected and we would definitely go back to Mohammed for any future car purchases. He was such a pleasure to deal with. Ask for Mo, and you will not go wrong!

It was a positive experience from the very first day I walked in because of the excellent service I received. Mohammad helped me decide on choosing my first car and I am pleased with this choice. I look forward to using my car because I know the service provided to me does not stop at the final sale, I am able to ask if I had any questions on the operation of my car.
