Well just got back from Florida' and again had Andrew from quick lane and the service crew went over My truck for the long haul ,and had it detailed ....just great service all around . (January 22, 2019, 12:29 am)I was super impressed by all of the service team members which I dealt with today. My 2015 Focus was in for new wiper blades and in response to the Recall Notice about the gas tank. I happened to mention that on occasion, the car had difficulty changing gears; the transition was not smooth. I had no idea that technician Bill was able to diagnose and fix the problem all in 1 day. The new clutch was in stock and Bill worked on the replacement until it was finished. This is normally a 2 day job and I was so grateful to not have to bring my vehicle back. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to your service team and to the friendly shuttle drivers who transported me home and back to the dealership! Fantastic service!
