Mr. Lube

I would like to thank Shane, the store manager for the Mr Lube located on St Joseph Boulevard in Orleans for wonderful service he provided.
I brought my vehicle for the oil change, but there was an issue... The manager dealt with it really well: he took care of the issue immediately, was polite. Time was needed to fix my vehicle but Shane was in touch with me all the time: he called/texted to provide updates, was easy to reach when I wanted to talk to him myself. The manager made sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I would like to thank Shane for the professional approach and also praise him for being a nice person I will go there next time myself and can recommend it to others.

I am impressed with the time they take to explain what they are doing and why. The little touches are nice, but more importantly, they found the nail in my tire in no time at all, the oil change was quick, and they run a tight ship!
