(February 4, 2019, 5:05 pm)Had my 50,000 km service done today. Everything went smoothly, and my car was done ahead of schedule. No surprises. And good (free) coffee to drink while waiting!

(November 27, 2018, 12:52 am)Sales Department is great and I am always happy with the service to my vehicle. The wait times for service appointments are incredibly long (3-4 weeks minimum) and their customer service is poor. They do not call you back when you request this when booking an appointment. They do not call you back when you leave a voicemail.
Very obviously understaffed.
