Physics CrossFit

I highly recommend Physics both for its atmosphere and the results it produces. I am by far one of the least experienced, least competitive members, and I always feel supported, encouraged and valued. Frank meets everyone where they are, and has an acute sense of each individual's strengths and limits. What's more, it's always a great workout, which means it's a great time investment for busy people who want results. A wonderful gym for experienced athletes who want a challenge, as well as those who are new to CrossFit.

I’ve been at Physics CrossFit for a little over a year and a half and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere and community of people is amazing. I have made so many friends and all the coaches are amazing.The workouts are challenging (but there are always scaled options). The first day I came into physics I knew that it was going to be the right gym for me and would help me achieve my goals (competing at the CrossFit games). The way that this was possible was with the help and dedication coach Francois. Also the gym has great equipment, great training, and a fantastic community! If your looking to join a gym, it should be physics:)

A year ago, Physics CrossFit changed my life. I’ve been to so many gyms and followed so many different programs and nothing can compare to the strentght, endurance and results I’ve obtained with CrossFit. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and welcoming no matter your fitness level. It is such an amazing community to be apart of. I would recommend this gym to everyone, hands down!

I believe humans need to "move" almost everyday to feel good. Francois has a gift for assessing movement in his clients. Within a few minutes of working with him he can help you move better which will have positive impacts in the gym and out. Being in a class environment is the perfect balance between working out by yourself and working with a personal trainer. I hesitated at firstly because of the price but quickly realized that for what we get here at Physics, it's great value!

Physics is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. We get the best coaching, the most challenging classes (with scaling options to start of course) and the best people around. I first joined in 2016 with the goal of getting stronger and it was by far the best decision! I have achieved my goal and am still getting stronger ever day! I am in the best shape of my life because of Physics CrossFit. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a new challenge or simply to get into better shape.
