Popeye's Supplements Ottawa Orleans

I always end up going to this location only cause they never run out of any products were other locations do then taking weeks to restock when I can just drive to another location being this one. I live in Vanier and always drive to this location totally out of the way but like I said they always have it in stock. Tons of parking wheelchair accessible and the take debit visa and of course cash.

It is said that the staff make the store. This is very true at Popeye’s on Innes Road. I stopped by near closing time recently and was helped by a girl named Sabrina. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and polite. She was able to assist me with my purchase while taking care of two other clients at the same time. It is refreshing to know that service of this caliber still exists. Thank you Sabrina!!

Friendly staff, but even more so helpful to find a product that is right for me, not just a sales pitch. Prices are way better than any other health supplement store I've been to. I wish I went here first, but it will definitely be my first choice going forward: I love that there is a rewards (Popeye cash) program, and their internal sign has said they'll match/beat any advertised price. I have yet to use this but appreciate that I can take any flyer and know the one place to go! :) The protein bagel products I purchased I'm VERY happy with and will recommend it to others!

The staff is very, very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. The store is clean.

The store is accessible as in it is flat but there is not a push button to open the door.

They have a large quantity of product as well as a wide assortment of product, from typical protein powder for shakes, protein bars, instant meals, candy, drinks and containers.

They have samples of many of the protein powders to try prior to purchasing.

Sam is the nicest employee I've ever dealt with in customer service. He is always there to offer awesome recommendations, and he remembers my goal from the very first time we spoke. If I go in looking for something that doesnt match my goal he will be very honest with me and offer me something that may be better fitting towards me. He remembers my girlfriends dietary specifications and supports the 2 of us as athletes all the way. He knows we are both in contest prep and gives us the feeling the he genuinely cares when he asks how we are doing. You go Sam!
