Thanks to everyone at the dental office yesterday: I broke part of a tooth off and they saw me within 5 hours, and hour after that it was fixed, like new. Extremely clean offices and care about COVID. Appreciated. Did the repair even though it wasn't an extreme emergency. Very grateful to Dr. Ads.

I was pleased with the services at Queenswood Dental. I saw Dr Hesham Ads, very pleasant dentist.. He was on emergency call for the city of Ottawa that day. Because of a tooth ache I could not eat and sleep well. I phoned Queenswood and was able to be seen and treated the same day. I quickly saw that the work that he had to do on me was harder than I expected.. he did not complained.. he was very patient with my situation... and completed everything and that took the time to explain what happened and what to expect. Thank you Dr Ads and to his assistant and as well to his receptionist who was very understanding and welcoming.

I live downtown so it's a little out of my way, but I will be making this my regular dentist. The dentists (Dr. Tamer and Dr. Hesham) really know their stuff. They provided friendly service and made me feel comfortable as they explained the procedure (root canal!) and treated me.

Btw, it's a spa dentistry so you get snacks and drinks and you can watch Netflix while sitting in the dentist's chair. I didn't even know you could do that! It really makes the time fly by and helps with the anxiety of a dentist's chair.
