  after several negative experiences with other pharmacies i finally lucked out with IDA St. Laurent. everyone is so nice and helpful. thank you for being a valued part of my community! I will never change pharmacies. Liz

  Very patient and kind owner and pharmacists, the ladies that all work there always have a bright smile and are extremely polite and friendly! Prescriptions are ready usually within 3-7 minutes extremely fast and professional service! I will not go to any other pharmacy.

  Very friendly staff. Always willing to help out and get you what you need. Everyone always welcomes you and know you by name.

  been with them for a few years they are wonderful, very fast to fill prescriptions and they make every effort to know you and act like they care way more than any other pharmacy I've ever been with. I am leaving ottawa soon and it truly.will be a shame to leave this place behind. Wonderfull ladies And great pharmacist.
  Gonna Miss this place.
