We had a great experience working with Ritchie to sell our Kanata home, and buy our new home in the Ottawa Valley.

In terms of selling, he definitely offers his honest opinions on market demand/pricing, etc. He won’t pressure you to spend money on home upgrades to sell, if not required (or you won’t get the money back out of the house), and offers valuable tips on staging, etc.

In terms of buying, Ritchie is very helpful during viewings and negotiations. He is also not afraid to be honest with you about whether a home is suitable for your needs. He definitely wants to see his clients happy, and to see them make the right choice.

When we decided to relocate from Toronto to Ottawa we needed to find a Realtor we could rely on to take the time to understand what we were looking for so that our house hunting trips were productive and efficient.
