The Newfoundland Pub

Friendly staff and a nice and cozy environment but not exactly what we were expecting. My mother is a full blown Newfie and was expecting a bit more of a back home feel, but the music was all generic modern pop from the radio. The food was just okay, my brother ordered nachos with no onions that was covered in onions, the deep fried mars bar we ordered was bland and barely melted. Maybe we just went on an off day?

I heard this restaurant has a long history, beloved by local people! The breakfast is until 2 p.m. during the weekends. I had Old-fashioned, and this traditional western breakfast attracted me a lot! I would love to try other menus here.

What a hidden gem. Friendly, good beer selection, and THE most awesome fish and chips! Take the barman's suggestion and order what he likes. You will not be disappointed.

My first time there, it's a nice place! Thursday's are karaoke nights.

The place is easy to find, parking lot available, definitely what you think of when hearing the name - it's exactly like that inside with the decor.

Friendly staff and nicely priced drinks. If you're lucky and get there when Jay is working, you're definitely in for a great night! He's an awesome bartender.

Great spot if your a fan of classic pub food and atmosphere. It's gritty in a good way. I had the fish with rice. Love the lightly battered fish. A lot of rice, well seasoned, but a little bit dry. The service was great.
