Excellent service, a rare occurrence in the towing industry.

I had my first accident December first - hit a deer. Crumpled the front of my 2009 Honda Civic. Robert was sent to get my car through CAA December second to tow it to the collision reporting center in Kanata, and then to Carstar in Manotick. Robert was extremely empathetic and knowledgeable about what I could expect during the collision reporting and repair process. He gave me tips about what to expect from the process that really took away a lot of my stress over the accident. He was transparent about the charges for the towing, was very careful with my vehicle, and to sum it up, he made what is a very unpleasant experience very enjoyable!

Hope I can request him by name if I ever get into another accident.

Yesterday, October 1, 2019 I called CAA for a tow to my mechanic. The trip was transferred to Towex. The driver, Josh, arrived within minutes. He was an amazingly cheerful, knowledgeable, kind and very considerate person, just what I needed after all the misery of the morning with my car and a rental. I walk with a cane and he was able to safely get me up and into the cab and got me out safely, without injury, at the other end. The world would be a better place if all people were like Josh. Thank you Josh.
