Strange review, I've been going to Zack's for over 14 years and never had one problem. His mechanics are very courteous and professional. They take the time to find out exactly what the problem is, explain the situation before any work is done. Zack's rates are very reasonable compared to other auto centers. He is always there to make suggestions for any problem you may have and I would highly recommend Zack's to any of my friends and family. Keep up the great work Zack.
